Our Fitness Resistance Bands will power up your workouts, helping you build muscle and get toned. Whether you do low intensity, yoga or HIIT is your thing, we believe fitness equipment doesn’t have to be state of the art to be effective and these bands tick all the boxes.

• Light Green: Lightest = Fits around the ankles, great for lateral raises, side steps, kickbacks
• Pink: Medium = Fits above the knees, for deep squats and lunges
• Purple: Heavy = Fits above the knees to mid thigh, for your bridges, hip abduction & adduction exercises
• The bands can also be used to fire up arm, back and chest exercises

Care Instructions: 

Wash by hand in cold water - do not use bleach or fabric conditioner 

Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing away folded

Place in a cool dry place with good ventilation
