Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Clarify what the issue is, supported with a clear image photograph.
If your refund request is accepted, instead of returning the item/s you can contact us at: contact@thatshewants.com for a full refund.
We cannot offer a refund if the buyer gives reason they have changed their mind, and no longer want the item/s.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain return requests cannot be refunded such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, however if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, please let us know.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return photos and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
