Shipping 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: includes order verification, quality checking and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and International distribution service process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer warehouse and distribution service to the destination. International delivery via air shipping usually takes about 10-15 business (Monday - Friday) days to reach your door.

Tracking 

All orders have a tracking number. The number is sent when you receive your order confirmation.
